2022 – Business Light Trespass
Karl Pre-Owned constructed a new business to sell used cars and installed harsh white LED parking lot lights. This light trespassed onto Kristen’s property, invading her home and making her sick.
Steps.
1) Kristen contacted the owner. Failed.
2) Soft Lights Foundation contacted the owner. Failed.
3) Soft Lights Foundation hired an attorney for Kristen.
4) Attorney sent Cease and Desist Letter. Failed.
5) Attorney filed for temporary and permanent injunction.
