Steps.
1) Contact neighbor to request that the light be shielded or turned off. Failed.
2) Soft Lights Foundation sends letter. Response from neighbor was aggression.
3) Neighbor files complaint against Ken for excessive noise.
4) Ken hires attorney and responds with counterclaim of light trespass nuisance.
