LED Incident Report – Submit your report via our website which we will submit to the FDA to become part of the public record. Over 500 LED Incident Reports have been submitted to the FDA detailing how LED light causes harm.
FDA Petition – Submit your comments on the Soft Lights Foundation federal regulatory petition requesting that the US Food and Drug Administration comply with 21 U.S.C. 360jj and submit a report to Congress on the impacts of LED lights. Neighbor Letter – The Soft Lights Foundation will send a letter (California or USA) to your neighbor. Use the Contact Us form to send us the neighbor’s address and request that the Neighbor Letter be sent via USA postal mail.
Letter to Government Officials – Send this letter to any government official to put them on notice of the hazards and discriminatory nature of LED lights. Receipt of this letter by a government official establishes part of the administrative record for legal actions.
