FDA Petition – Submit your comments on the Soft Lights Foundation federal regulatory petition requesting that the US Food and Drug Administration comply with 21 U.S.C. 360jj and submit a report to Congress on the impacts of LED lights. Letter to Government Officials – Send this letter to any government official to put them on notice of the hazards and discriminatory nature of LED lights. Receipt of this letter by a government official establishes part of the administrative record for legal actions.
